Madeena Slakiski - 2014 Ford Focus
We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus for my niece from AJ today while we were waiting for the brakes to get done on my SUV. She absolutely loves her new Focus and we also got her a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty where any warranty work can be done at the Norman’s which is very convenient. She’s been denied financing at least 3 times in the last year but James the finance manager was able to get her financed. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the crew at Norman’s. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a new car or looking for a good mechanic to work on their cars! Love me some Norman’s!

So happy I got approved for a loan on my new Altima. The staff at Normans were knowledgeable, kind and good at what they do. I got denied at 2 car lots earlier today but Normans got me done. Plus I got a 3 year warranty that I can get my car serviced with them since they have a service department. I’m only dealing with Normans from now on and letting all my family and friends know too.

I drove all the way from Columbus to purchase my Infiniti. I saw it on Facebook and messaged them and Aj answered all my questions and sent me more photos of the car and repair invoices showing all the work they performed. He gave me his personal cell number and was extremely patient and always replied to my texts and answered when I called, I probably drove him crazy with how many calls and texts I sent him but he said he understood that I needed to make sure of everything before I had my brother drive me to Cleveland. When I got there this morning the car was exactly what he said it was and I was so happy that I made the trip. He had it washed and cleaned again while we were signing the paperwork. James the finance guy got me a great rate and my payments are under what my budget was. On top of all that they repaired my brothers car which started making grinding noise on our way in to Cleveland. To say I am happy with my purchase and service I got would be an understatement. I recommend Normans to anyone looking for a car or needing a repair done. Great place and excellent service. Aj is just a good guy and I plan on coming back when I decide to buy a car again.
